It's scary at first, but you just need to learn how to use it.

I got this a while back and it did work great, once I figured out how to use it correctly. I originally used it for skin tightening around my stomach because I was losing weight. So I read the instructions on the box and carefully glided it over my skin. (I'm 20 and still live at home for now) . All while I'm doing this my dad and brother is making fun of me for gliding needles over my skin. after about 10 minutes after I was done, it seriously looked like a rabid cat attacked my stomach, with HUGH scratch marks all over it. I wanted to cry at I though It would literally scar, I put vitamin E and Neosporin on it and later went to bed after the tremendous stinging went away and my family was done mocking me. To my utter amazement, when I woke up in the morning my scratches where gone and my skin was soooo so so soft yet very firm. It was shocking. So this does work. and after much trial and error, read this cause I figured out how to use this correctly. first off, before gliding across skin, make sure your skin is completely stretched smooth and flat, Second NEVER EVER glide it across your skin, and back again and repeat without picking it up first. What I mean is if you glide it one way and pull it back the same way it just came, all it does is force those same needle back into the same exact holes they just came out of, like they are retracing their steps, make since? This causes thoughs lines of scratching. Simply glide it carefully one way on flattened skin (covering small portions at a time, be patient) then pick it up entirely up off your skin bring it back to about where you stared from (not exactly the same place to avoid scratches) and only then glide again, causing the needles to puncture new skin and not the same exact holes as last. :) over all I'd buy again, and I have recently gotten rid of acne scaring too! I would buy again. :) Hope this helped!

Unlike other rollers that I have used in the past, this roller hurts a lot less due to the needles being closer together. I noticed better results as well with half the pain as before.

Today was my second time Derma Rolling on my face & my skin is already showing improvement (n_n) I would recommend this product for anyone looking to improve the over all look of their skin, over periods of time without going to spas. This may be my alternative to chemical peels.. "Maybe."
